If you are a board member, mark the next board meeting:

interested, please mark your calendar for a meeting:

DETAILS

It is our current goal to grow to serving 100 organizations. Sometime
back we realized that we don't have the technical infrastructure we need
to support 100 organizations.

Right now we're working from my weak memory. We need a plan. By plan I
mean a list of prioritized projects and a timeline.

Working backwards from my partial list of projects, I created a list of
questions that if answered should help generate a list of projects.

Monday, I'll post my list of questions. This week (1st - 7th), I hope
for y'all to attempt to ask more questions and (perhaps) to answer some
of them.

Next week (8th - 15th) , I'll supply my own answers and invite your
comments.

The following week (16th - 22nd ), I'll translate questions and answers
into a timeline and list of specific projects. The project descriptions
will include bullet points with objectives, a rough estimate of time to
completion, a rough estimate of priority, prerequisite projects and
(maybe) a rough estimate of skills needed to finish)

Friday July 28th @ 2pm, people collecting a paycheck for their work with
us and any other interested parties will meet, discuss and revise. Goals
for the meeting will be:

	a. Everyone understands the project list
	b. Flaws in project descriptions are found.

If people who are obliged to attend don't make this meeting, I will cry.

Tuesday Aug 8 @ 6pm, The board will meet and discuss goals, Hopefully
the discussion will be on a relatively high level of abstraction. Goals
will probably include:

	a. Last chance to pick another goal
	b. Future goals
	c. What does the board need to do for our goal
