   See My New Space - and Check Out Local Artists!

It's been a long transition into my new office and studio at *122
Western Avenue, Lowell, MA*, but I'm excited to share it with you.

The new space is in a reclaimed old mill off of one of Lowell's many
canals, two floors of which have been made into affordable artist
working space (with a third floor also planned). It is host to an
amazing array of creative people, which is what drew me to move my
business here.

My Open House will be on *Saturday, May 6th, from noon to 5pm*, which
also coincides with Western Ave's* First Saturdays Open Studio* event.
There will be wine and beer and appetizers, and once you've visited my
new office, there's plenty more to see! Most of my neighbors will be
opening their own studios doors that day. We have painters and
photographers, jewelry makers (just in time for Mother's Day!),
ceramicists, illustrators and cartoonists, even a group of fabric
artists. I too will have some of my studio art on display, some of it
for the first time ever. You can find me on the fourth floor, unit #19.

I'm proud to be a part of history in the making here in Lowell, because
Western Avenue Studios has one of the highest concentration of artists
in the region, and maybe eventually the whole eastern seaboard! It's
really a spectacular sight. Even if you can't make it to my Open House
this weekend, please consider coming to another First Saturdays at
Western Ave which are - you guessed it - on the *first Saturday of every
month*. You'll probably see me there!
