I am sorry to notify you that your proposal entitled Proposal to 
Increase Community Technology Capacity has not been approved for a 
Joseph P. Healey and Public Service Endowment Grant.

There were 16 proposals totaling $145,525.  Unfortunately, we were not 
able to fund all of the excellent proposals we received.

We apologize for the delay in notifying you and we hope you will 
consider applying again next year.
