[Cadre-politics] 3 BR July-Aug rental in Lowell

Greetings all,

My colleague from Mexico will definitely be coming to Lowell this  
summer to do work in my lab, so I am actively looking for a 3 BR  
apartment in the area for he and his family (wife and 2 small kids).

Ideally I'd like a place that's walking or biking distance to the  
campus, and also walking or bus route to the train station since they  
won't have a car.

The budget is in the $1000 range per month.

Does anyone have any suggestions of particular apartments or places  
to look?  Thank you.
