Oops - premature sending...

The site was http://www.golightly.com. They seem to have a graphic designer
who is rather enamored of Plastik-esque (
http://www.kde-look.org/content/show.php?content=7559) icons. At the core,
it looks like they offer services that are (IMHO) better presented than
ours, but not materially different from what the CSL can do. Of course, they
charge $6,000 per organization for basic service.
