I was originally thinking we'd ask the Greater Lowell Community
foundation for money to do planning for Lowell wide free WiFi

Melissa Carino  suggested that I pitch the idea to David Kronberg before
submitting an application.

I bumped David on Merrimack street yesterday and he said:

	Wow! that's huge for Lowell.

	Why don't you see if Jerhico can do it so you can
	spend the money on something else?

	The distribution committee might not see it as a
	grant to help non-profit capacity in Lowell.

	We can definitely talk about other economic
	development money, though that isn't in the
	capacity grant time line....

So we need to ask for something else to spend $3,000 on.
