Tech support @ the secretary of state replied to my email like we were 
IMing.

I filed the ammendment electronically. It cost an extra $3.50 to 
expidite (total of $18.50).

The ammendment should be approved tomorrow.

We probably won't even have to overnight things to MS Smith @ the IRS. 
(but I will over night early anyway)
