[CSL board] Wireless initiative in Boston

I guessed as much, but it does provide an interesting model for city
governments working with nonprofits to provide technology services, not to
mention a possible steady cash stream.  Also interesting that a nonprofit
was recommended in the first place, something of a public admission that
the the for-profit community has not or will not pull together resources
to fix any digital divides.  I'll keep my eye on it to see how it works
out for Boston.
