[CSL board] savings account

What about Jeanne D"Arc Credit Union? I don't know if they even do business
savings accounts, but an NPO and local at that might be appealing to them. 
Just a thought.

Makes sense to me. The only caveats would be that it should be free (or
mostly free), and we should be able to transfer the money out within a
relatively short period of time.
