November 14, 2006

Present: Joshua Harding, Laura MacNeil, Fred Martin, Dan MacNeil, Karen 
Zgoda, Melissa Carino, Charlotte Crockford

Excused: Kristina Ickes, Paul Hansen

Staff: John Miller

Guests: Dan Holin, Jericho Road; Phil Reilly, facilitator for strategic 
planning



Meeting convened by Joshua Harding at 6:35pm with introductions. The 
meeting was dedicated to the strategic planning session. Financials will 
be posted on the website, link sent to board by email.


_ED Update:_ Boomer grant – no information yet – but expects YMCA to get 
the grant instead.

CBA – new ED still seems receptive to CSL doing LAN tech support, but 
needs to meet with her.

MVHub – Chris Shannon from Lawrence WIB is moving forward. Met with NE 
Ctr for Healthy Communities. CSL will combine their online directory 
with MVHub. Meeting with them tomorrow.

VISTA recruiting – one potential candidate. Does not have GED, submitted 
source code, High School principal reference said he was bright but 
bored. The CSL is requiring that he pass the GED.
