[CSL board] Aug 8 Board Meeting

What happens, Melissa, is that when people reply to a message sent to 
the board list, the sender of the message they are replying to and 
"board at thecsl.org" are on the "To" or "cc" line. That's why you get 
multiple messages.

Dan, is it possible to make the default of the list "reply to list"?
