Above is the link to the BOD meeting minutes. Below are the action items 
from the meeting.

Point of information. I have gotten a one week extension from the IRS to 
respond to their request for more information. I have answered all 21 
questions except for one. I will call our point of contact at the IRS 
for addtional information so I can complete our response. Dan has helped 
me a little bit. Charlotte and I have tried to get together and for 
various reasons have not connected. But this is OK because I think it 
went easier with me doing it since I completed most of the application 
in the first place.
