I think this meeting is meant to be more a discussion about the use  
of current labor than it is about creating additional work.

Desired outcomes:
A description of  the process by which the CSL decides how to invest  
its resources.
That this process reflects a focused mission driven way of operating  
and growing while still providing reasonable flexibility.
