[CSL board] Fwd: Progressive Technology Project Grants Round is Open

Without having looked at the grant application itself, I am willing to
take a stab at it. <huge caveat -- if it's a 50 page grant application,
then shelve it until next year.> Thanksgiving weekend is mercifully quiet
chez MacNeil.
