[CSL board] Fwd: Progressive Technology Project Grants Round is Open

I looked at it quickly. There is a very quick qualifying web form. My 
guess is that we don't qualify as we are "technical service provider" 
and we don't organize people as in "organize rent strikes".

However, the cost of filling out the web form is probably minimal and a 
more crafty person than I might be able to finesse the slight mis-matches.
