[CSL board] thoughts: strategic (meta)

Josh, can you see about inviting the facilitator to the next board  
meeting.  Let's figure out a way to dispense with regular business in  
15 mins or so (e.g., do some of it online before the mtg) and focus  
on the strategic planning.

Can we all also extend the end time, and can we also have dinner  
provided like last time.
