Recommendation: what I have done with my grant-writing experience is
develop a full grant proposal template (check outline at
www.agmconnect.org) that we can pull from for numerous funding
opportunities.  Of course we may have to customize and cater the
proposals to each funding opportunity, but it is far more efficient to
do this method rather than re-write a new proposal each time.  It may
take awhile for us to develop a full and strong proposal template, but
we can already pull from the past GLCF proposal & theCSL website.  I can
help in editing & shaping this template.

Can someone point me at it or email to the Board ?  I could not find  
with a Google search of thecsl.org.

I think this would be good starting point for strategy discussion.

If there are other recent grant apps that have been prepared, I would  
like to see them too.

(It has occurred to me that now that we are a full fledged non-profit  
org, there should be *LOTS* of places that we can try writing grants  
to.)
