[CSL board] Action items: my paycheck

I agree with Melissa - you should definitely get paid. Is there any problem
with you (in your ED hat) writing checks to you (in your
contractor-CSL-owes-me-money hat)?
I'm vastly underqualified to keep track of finances, unfortunately.
