Hey,

I had a brief conversation with John.  You shouldn't worry.  I think 
Diana was trying to figure out who you guys were.  Seems like University 
may have to move you guys and will probably want a formal agreement with 
the CSL around liability, etc.  John was also trying to figure out who 
to assign as the UML staffer to be your admin responsibility.  May be 
Paul Marion as Community Relations guy.  I made it clear the BSM is 
relying heavily on you guys.

I'd pitch yourselves as a way for students, faculty and community to 
experiment with some newer technologies that haven't been adopted by the 
University.  You should assure them you don't have lots of walk-in 
traffic. You may want to ask a UML f/t or tenured person to go with you, 
perhaps one of your board members.
