[CSL board] next CSL BOD meet Tues Aug 14 7pm CS lounge

I know we talked about this "retreat" to be strictly socializing &
teambuilding...but maybe we can fit in this strategic planning w/
outside (jericho) facilitator?  I'm assuming there's no way this can be
scheduled before the next meeting (my schedule is a nightmare right
now)...so maybe soon after the next meeting?

Also, we decided to schedule a board retreat in the first couple of
weeks of August (my phone told me to remind Charlotte yesterday). Anyone
