As Josh reminded us two weeks ago, we have a board meeting tomorrow.

We've got some housekeeping to take care of (expiring terms), some
reports to hear, some priorities to set/confirm and perhaps some philosophy.

I'll work on a more detailed agenda with Josh tomorrow, a better idea
from you, discussion will focus on our incorporated
