[CSL board] Action Item Status Updates Needed by November 13

I think it would be good if we had an email discussion (before the  
meeting) about the process we plan to use regarding George Joseph's  
nomination to the board.

Since he is going to be there.

* Do people have specific questions they want to ask him?

* Might these be available in advance to send to him?

* Should we address his nomination first, and then make a decision at  
the beginning of the meeting?

* Other ideas?
