[CSL board] welcome Pete & George

Five people voted "yes", 3 people have yet to vote. It is 
mathematically impossible for Pete and George to not be elected.

I've added them to the board list & will add them to the board 
pages.

To give people a chance to avoid an "ABSENT", I'll not post the 
formal results until Friday.

Pete & George, could you remind us to note your membership in 
minutes of next physical meeting.
