[CSL board] new prospective board member

I've attached the resume again for the archives.

I'm pretty sure I've configured our mail system to let .pdf through. 
(There is a lot of pdf spam these days so, this might be why Fred's 
didn't go through)

I've never found a serious flaw in Fred's judgement. Professor Joseph's 
resume is impressive. I'm overjoyed at another board member not picked 
by me. The prospect of a harsh and knowledgable eye on our finances is a 
  good one.

I'm inclined to recommend "yes".

However, for the sake of completeness, and devil's advocacy.

How do we know Professor Joseph will keep us going on the path of free 
software zealotry?

What non-profit/ community experience does he have?
