 From now on the executive committee and board meeting will meet 
the 2nd Wednesday of the month. If we don't have a quarum, we'll 
end the meeting early.

It will take a few months for everyone to be able to meet this 
commitment, but this re-re-scheduling thing is madness.

For those of us that need reminders not to make other 
commitments, Josh volunteer to use his new tattoo kit to put "2nd 
Wednesday of month" on your forearm.
