[CSL board] QUICK ( Important ) CDBG vote

As you all know, we were awarded
$4,000 in CDBG funds by the city
of Lowell to do usability testing
and marketing for http://mvhub.com

To accept the money, the board
needs a resolution authorizing
me to negociate the contract.

So the resolution is:

	RESOLVED: The CSL board authorizes
	Dan MacNeil to negotiate and sign
  	a contract with the City of Lowell
  	to accept CDBG funds and in
  	exchange provide services.
