It won't be signed until June. The resolution is due today. We've 
been waiting on the city for clarification, so we have some slack 
with the deadline

1) We do mvhub usibility testing W/ teen mothers from bridget's 
crossing

2) We pay the mothers for their time

3) the city pays us. (after a lot of paperwork)
