[CSL board] Jericho bplan started

Wade, Bob & I met Friday.

We've started.

Wade put a generic bplan outline on google docs. We'll do the 
work through the google group/docs thingie.

Let me know if you want in on the group, We have enough people 
now. Nobody need feel guilty for not contributing. However we 
definitely have room for 1-2 more good people. (good == all 
current board members)

We (Karen, Jim and <???> and me!) will do most of the writing. 
Wade & Bob will sanity check / audit / verify.

We will be able to finish by Jan 08.

Wade & Bob's immediate action items are:

	1) Create timeline/milestones

My immediate (this weekend) action items are:

	1) upload 3 year operating budget draft to google docs
	2) get Wade/Bon 5 mvhub users to interview
	3) get parker draft done.

The big other news is that Wade has identified at least one other 
solid funding prospect.
