- Hosting/desktop support discussion - continue or discontinue?

6:50-7:00 p.m.
- Review current BOD member terms
- Election.  Current nominees are: Karen (President), Mimi
(Vice-President), Josh (Treasurer), and Charlotte (Clerk).

7:00-7:15 p.m.
- Financial report.  Approval of finances.

7:15-8:15 p.m.
Jodi from Jericho Road will guide us through a CSL capacity assessment
(see attached) including: aspirations, strategy, and organization

8:15-8:20 p.m.
- Other business.  Schedule upcoming Executive Committee and BOD meetings.
