[CSL board] can't make mtg next week

So am I correct in believing that the conference call is still happening
tomorrow?
Nothing has been rescheduled yet?

Are we expecting contested elections?

This would be kinda nifty but I think the elections are more like 
a draft than a a power struggle.

As long as we have a quorum , we should be good.
