This is a forward of a recent thread with Dan. The short of it is that
I didn't know whether there could be complications with us having
donated money to gnucash (which is a 501c3 organization -
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/GnuCash).
The reason this raised a flag for me was the discussions leading up to
our decision to send optional invoices to people we provide services
to last year instead of soliciting donations.
Dan misinterpreted my response, and in so doing brought up another
good point: we haven't done the optional invoices yet this year.
Any insight on either point would be greatly appreciated.
