Executive Committee Conference Call
June 11th 2008


Attendance: Muriel, Dan, Karen, Charlotte


- Call to Order at 6:30p p.m. by Karen

- Clerk summarized last meeting minutes.

- Reviewed insurance question and decided to bring it
to the full board for a vote.

- Dan spoke of our position with a new VISTA and it looks like we have to
wait until January and possibly even June next year for the next round. 
He also mentioned using students with green cards as possible internships
with the CSL.

- Also the possibility of teaching a Web Design course as way of
replenishing our staff.

- There was a discussion about Marketing and Sales and it was decided to
wait for the business plan with Jericho Road.

ACTION items

1.  Dan will be in touch with HOX Trinity College funding group for interns.

2.  Karen will follow up with Jodi on business plan.
All board members should look into other non profits business plans and
email in some suggestions for ours to the list by Wed. the 18th.

3.  Bring insurance question to full board for a vote.
Work on phrasing of letters for hosting and try to reach a resolution and
time table for the whole board to vote on.
