So now we do. If I were you, I'd stop reading right HERE. The template is at: http://www.mncn.org/info/template_hr.htm We may never need a bone marrow donor policy, but it's nice to know its there. I'm surprised at how little I needed or even wanted to change. Except for "take off whatever time you want", the old unwritten policy has been pretty much the same as the new written one. Changes include: The executive committee handles appeals against my tyranny instead of the personal committee that doesn't exist. Our official holidays are the same as the State of MA People get 15 days vacation with 0-10 years of service People get 25 days vacation with 10-50 years of service vacation accurs on a quarterly basis not yearly various accidental format changes. Sponsors can be used at conference directly. Suren was ok with the possibility that his pay would be delayed by not having dinner revenue.
