[CSL board] $1700 deficit (finances)

Current finances are at:

Included are:

  1) checkbook checks/deposits since last report

  2) budget (includes plan vs actual)

In summary, We are now realistically planning on $10,000 less from the
NorthShorePort.org project. --We could get more but it would not be
prudent to plan for it.

To compensate, we're making the following cuts:

	$6000 from my wage
		 now: $3,000
	$2400 from vista housing subsidy
		now: $0
	$1000 from contingency
		now: $0

The VISTAs weren't aware they might get a subsidy so morale loss should
be minimal.

Projecting for the year, We still are short $1700

If more money doesn't come through, we can make more cuts.

On the thinking positive side:

1) We have an easy payment plan of 6 months to pay the CTC VISTA project

2) It would be worse without the $118 to $138 we now have
   in automatic monthly donations / pledges.

My sincere apologies for getting this out at the last minute before
tonight's 6:30pm conference call.
