Bylaws are at:

Board members may serve for (3) terms of (2) years
We must have 5 board members and we can have no more than 15 board members.
Board member and officer terms start and end in the February that is
closest to their start date. So if you started in March of 2007 your
term started in February of 2007. If you started in December of 2007,
your term started in February of 2008.
The official board list with start and stop times of board terms of
service is at:
http://thecsl.org/go/board/members.shtml
These board members would have ended their term in February of 2009, if
I'd gotten the list together then:
Joshua Harding (2005-2009)
Fred Martin (2005-2009)
Peter Bull (2007-2009)
George Joseph (2007-2009)
Muriel Parsenghian (2007-2009)
John Wooding (2007-2009)
Current board members, minus recent resignations with start date and
(February) stop date:
Peter Bull (2007-2009)
Joshua Harding (2005-2009)
George Joseph (2007-2009)
Fred Martin (2005-2009)
Muriel Parsenghian (2007-2009)
John Wooding (2007-2009)
Jim Grenier (2008-2010)
Karen Zgoda (2006-2010)
Given resignations, absences and leaves, the slate we are voting on
tonight is:
Joshua Harding (2005-2011) (last term)
Fred Martin (2005-2011) (last term)
Peter Bull (2007-2011) (already officer)
George Joseph (2007-2011)
Muriel Parsenghian (2007-2011) (already officer)
John Wooding (2007-2011)
If you are on this list and don't want to serve another term and don't
plan to attend tonight's meeting, hit reply.
Given that we're starting to run into troubles getting a quorum, passing
up the glory of a second term would be a helpful sacrifice.
To meet the minimum number of board members, one person above not
already an officer needs to serve again.
Every ex-board member is automatically on the board of advisors. At this
point we have enough advisors to put on a web page. As a member of the
board of advisors you get to go to parties and take the occasional phone
call asking for advice.
Melissa Carino and Laura MacNeil are probably the most active advisors
right now.
