[CSL board] paying me

It looks like there is $9,000 to pay me this year.

Some options are:

   A. Big checks as the money comes in
   B. weekly salary starting when money comes in
   C. Weekly (gross) salary of $173 starting Jan 01 2009
	a. pay back pay when money comes in
	b. defer payment when money not there
   D. Hourly wage


I recommend C.

For me it has the advantage of a relatively large check to put against 
credit card and regular payments with predictable taxes taken out.

For the organization it is a starting point for a ED salary and is 
predictable.

Option D allows greater  solidarity with Mike. I'm already punching the 
timeclock and spending 30-40 hours a week in the lab. --The
disadvantage is that I work more than I'm in the lab and this wouldn't 
be accounted for.
